WHO
IS ACDL
?
ACDL is quite literally, a virtual studio dedicated to original art and illustration. If you'd like to explore my work as an artist and illustrator, click here.

Gabriela Costa
a Casa de Lilith is a fine art studio creating original and handmade paintings in acrylic and watercolor.
A Casa de Lilith Design Studio® was founded by a goth girl as a graphic design studio created for women entrepreneurs in 2018. The name Lilith reflects more than (my) dark aesthetic, it represents a powerful, captivating, independent, and unapologetically authentic feminine archetype.
Over time, the studio evolved. Today, my studio is dedicated to what I truly love: creating original fine art on canvas and paper! Every piece is painted by hand in acrylic or watercolor.
I ship my artwork to Brazil, North and South America, and countries within the European Union and UK (please check shipping availability at checkout). Every painting is a 100% original, hand-painted artwork. I don't currently offer fine art prints, although it's something I may consider in the future if there's enough interest.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my studio and explore my work. Your support means more than you know, and I'm truly grateful to have you here.

PRESENTING
meet the
artist
I'm Gabriela Costa, a 29-year-old artist and designer from São Paulo, Brazil. I've been working in design for the past eight years. I'm passionate about everything related to art, esotericism, rock 'n' roll, technology, fashion, design, chess, interior décor, and even programming. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me reading, spending time with my cat, or enjoying nature.
About me
How It All Began
I was always the one making the graphics and posters for school lol
I started working with digital art around 2007, when I was about 12 years old. What began as a hobby soon became much more. After developing fibromyalgia, I had to spend far more time at home than I ever expected. As someone who loved sports, I suddenly found myself looking for a new way to channel my energy.
That's when I discovered my favorite pastime: drawing in sketchbooks and experimenting in Photoshop, creating photo edits and GIFs of my favorite artists and cartoons to share on blogs and photo-sharing websites. Before long, I fell in love with blogging, HTML, CSS, and writing. Creativity quickly became a central part of my life.
Over the years, I taught myself to use Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D software, and various coding tools, constantly exploring new ways to create and express ideas.
As for drawing, it always felt like something I was meant to do. My elementary school art teacher noticed my talent early on and encouraged me to pursue design. That advice changed the course of my life.
It motivated me to earn a full scholarship to a private high school, and after years of studying and preparing for university entrance exams, I was accepted into the Design program at São Paulo State University (UNESP), where I studied for two years. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to a severe episode of depression.
In 2018, I graduated in Interior Design. Today, my goal is to study Visual Arts in the near future, but for now, my full focus is on growing my studio and creating original artwork.
