CUSTOMER DUTIES
Before budget approval, the client must understand how our creative process and regulation work. The customer must:

1. Be present during ALL art creation
As soon as the designer starts the creative process, it is necessary that the client who requested to approve or request changes based on their maximum quota of 3 free changes.

2. Respond to the briefing
The briefing must be answered, mandatorily, correctly and in detail so that the creative process comes out as best and as quickly as possible. Poorly filled briefings cause unnecessary changes and charges. The client who approves the budget has full responsibility and is aware of the studio's regulations.

3. Understand the changes
Understand that from the FOURTH change, 10% of the total amount of the order will be charged for each new change. Major changes will be charged up to 25% of the total value of the artwork.

4. Understand the studio's creative process
We work differently from other design studios. We seek the best visual identity for the type of company you have, analyzing your target audience, brand purpose, market and differentials. We do not work with copies of other visual identities of other professionals and we do not only work with the elaboration of images, we have a concept and strategy behind the creation of the brand.

5. Know that we DO NOT answer phone calls or hold face-to-face meetings
Our studio aims to serve the client 100% online, making his life easier and avoiding possible unnecessary trips. Many problems can be solved only by 1 email or message via WhatsApp. So we don't answer phones, just WhatsApp and send only text messages, precisely to protect the customer from possible misunderstandings.

6. Understand that the creation of art takes up to 7 days to be performed
The creative process of an art or visual identity is much more complex than you think. Hours of research are required, in addition to hours of drawing by hand and via computer to obtain a final art. The client must understand that art is not done well in less than 1 day.

7. Understand that this regulation can be changed without notice.
